Latinos in Pittsburgh have a strong presence, celebrated largely through their cuisine. The city boasts numerous Latin restaurants, but food trucks are becoming increasingly popular.
Here are the favorite Latino food trucks in Pittsburgh, based on a survey we conducted with the community:
Tacos La Catedral
Tacos La Catedral specializes in authentic Mexican tacos and dishes. You can often find it in the parking lot of Tractor Supply Co. in Dormont, and it is available for private events through its website.
Antojitos Hondureños and More
Antojitos Hondureños and More offers Honduran specialties along with other Latin American dishes. While it has a permanent location in East Liberty, its truck travels to various areas of Pittsburgh. Popular menu items include pupusas, empanadas, and tamale combos.
El Rincón Oaxaqueño
El Rincón Oaxaqueño is a well-known Mexican food truck that changes locations weekly. It is frequently spotted in Lawrenceville, with top-selling dishes such as quesadillas, burritos, and enchiladas.
Tacos Don Pancho
North of Pittsburgh, Mexican food lovers can enjoy Tacos Don Pancho, based in Cranberry Township. Their specialties include tacos, burritos, and quesadillas.
Vale Comer
Vale Comer is a Dominican food truck that travels throughout Pittsburgh. Fans can check its current location via the Street Food Finder website. The menu features a variety of empanadas, Dominican-style wings, and traditional dishes like moro.
La Palapa
La Palapa is a Mexican food truck that serves various Pittsburgh neighborhoods. They post their weekly location schedule on Instagram. In addition, they operate two brick-and-mortar locations on East Carson Street and Butler Street.
Let’s Taco
Let’s Taco Food Truck, based in Murrysville, specializes in tacos and other Mexican favorites. They frequently participate in events in Pittsburgh and also offer catering services.

Cilantro y Ajo
