ALPFA Pittsburgh proudly invites the community to “ALPFA’s Little Women: Culture and Mental Wellness,” a special initiative in collaboration with Ayúdate PA, an organization dedicated to connecting Spanish-speaking clients with accessible mental health services.

This free, bilingual, community-focused event is designed to offer a safe, supportive space where Latina women and girls ages 8 to 14 can engage in meaningful conversations about mental health, intergenerational healing, and cultural connection.

🗓️ When: Saturday, July 26
📍 Where: Carnegie Library of Squirrel Hill
Time: 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (check-in begins at 10:30 a.m.)

🎟️ Reserve Your FREE Tickets Here

The event will be held in Spanish, with English-speaking volunteers available to assist. Free snacks will be provided for attendees.

This event is part of an ongoing effort to promote open dialogue around mental wellness in our communities—especially among mothers, aunts, sisters, and the girls who are part of their lives.
