The 8th Annual Pennsylvania Latino Convention (PALC) is set to take place in Pittsburgh from Thursday, September 25 to Saturday, September 27, bringing together Latino leaders, advocates, entrepreneurs, students, and community members from across the state. This year’s event will be hosted at the Wyndham Grand Hotel in downtown Pittsburgh, marking the first time the convention is held in the Steel City.
Presented by Highmark and Highmark Wholecare, the 2025 PALC is more than just a conference — it’s a powerful platform for advancing Latino equity, civic engagement, and economic opportunity in Pennsylvania.
Attendees can expect three days of programming featuring:
Inspiring keynote speakers
Policy and civic engagement workshops
Cultural celebrations and performances
Networking with statewide changemakers
Organizers describe the convention as a space to uplift Latino voices, address barriers, and create actionable strategies for community empowerment.
“This is the only statewide Latino conference in Pennsylvania, and we’re proud to bring it to Pittsburgh for the first time,” said convention organizers. “It’s a celebration of culture, leadership, and the power of coming together.”
