The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals® (NAHREP) has announced its 2025 Top 250 Latino Mortgage Originators, celebrating the top Latino professionals driving homeownership growth across the U.S.
Despite a challenging market, this year’s honorees increased transaction counts by 10% and sales volume by 18%, totaling over 61,000 transactions and $22.2 billion in funded loans. More than 600 originators were recognized from nearly 5,000 nominations.
“These professionals are guiding families through a tough housing market,” said NAHREP President Oralia Herrera. “Their trust, expertise, and community ties are what make them successful.”

Highest Volume: Jose Magallanes, Movement Mortgage (Irvine, CA) – $217.6M
Top Telesales: Rigo Zamora, Planet Home Lending (Sacramento, CA) – 182
Top Companies:
DHI Mortgage led with 54 honorees, followed by CrossCountry Mortgage and Rate Companies, all recognized for their commitment to Latino communities.
Texas stood out with seven of the top ten originators and the highest Hispanic population growth in the U.S.
