From San Pedro Sula, Honduras, to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Sindy Rodezno, artistically known as Sindy Malroz, has built a story marked by perseverance, entrepreneurship, and passion. Businesswoman, singer, and team leader, she has managed to make her way in two highly competitive fields: the music industry and the cleaning services sector.
She is currently the founder of A&E Cleaning Service LLC, a company she has established based on a philosophy of quality, responsibility, and human touch. At the same time, she continues to develop her artistic career with the goal of strengthening her presence in the Pittsburgh music scene.
“I am Honduran at heart and proudly Latina. I have many dreams and goals, and the desire to build a better future for my family,” she affirms.
Graduated in Business Administration, Sindy considers that her academic training was an important foundation for her professional development. However, she assures that many of the most valuable lessons she has learned by facing the challenges inherent to entrepreneurship. “I firmly believe that the most valuable education is the one that combines discipline, perseverance, and the desire to improve every day,” he expresses.
Her decision to start a business stemmed from the desire to achieve economic independence, create opportunities, and demonstrate that a Latina woman can build a solid company from scratch.
“I wanted to create opportunities for myself, for my family, and for other people who needed to get ahead,” she comments. As is the case with many entrepreneurs, the first steps were not easy. Getting the first customers was one of the biggest challenges, but also an opportunity to strengthen her determination.
“I learned that success belongs to those who keep moving forward, even when the path seems difficult,” she notes. Today, Sindy leads a team primarily composed of women committed to providing professional and high-quality service. For her, each satisfied client represents much more than a contract: it is the confirmation that constant effort yields results.
“My company represents one of the greatest dreams of my life. Each contract, each satisfied client, and each goal achieved demonstrate that dreams can indeed come true,” she states.
Outside the business realm, Sindy dedicates part of her time to exercise, boxing, and personal growth. She also participates in initiatives to support others and continues working on one of her biggest projects: consolidating her music career.
Currently, she is strengthening her presence on social media while preparing for the release of a new album, convinced that discipline and consistency are as important in music as they are in business.
Before concluding, Sindy is grateful for the support of her family, friends, and organizations that have accompanied her throughout her journey. Likewise, she encourages those who wish to start a business, especially Latina women, to trust in their abilities and take the first step.
“Waiting too long only delays the start. You have to believe in yourself, be consistent, and keep moving forward. Results don’t come overnight, but every small step brings you closer to success,” she concludes.
