Are you thinking of buying a home, but don’t know where to start? Join the PHDC for a 90-minute workshop to see how close you are to your goal. During the virtual class, you’ll learn about the types of mortgage loans and costs, how much money you really need at closing, and the ways housing counselors can help you navigate the home purchase process.
You will be able to ask counselors and educators your questions about the process to buying a home. We have seen and heard everything, and sometimes experienced it ourselves. The workshop is free, but advance registration is required.
